Hereford Team Quiz Night - October 18th 2003

Once again a very enjoyable evening took place with an element of friendly competition. Members of the previous winning team arranged this quiz - namely the Tompkins Family. The prize was a shield and the coveted ‘Gnomes of West Hereford’.

The questions were challenging and covered a vast variety of subjects; Competition was fierce, and at the end of the final round Breinton Bloomers and Blain’s Brains were on a level pegging; A decider round involving identifying washing machine symbols decided that the Breinton team won by a whisker.

Congratulations must go to the St Nicholas’ Youth team who finished a very close third.

Well done Breinton - we look forward to retrieving the gnomes at the next quiz.
